School Fee Rules

  • The Fee due for the month to be paid by 10th day of a month.
  • Parents must write the student's name, class, admission number and contact number on the reverse of the cheque.
  • Fee and other charges, once paid are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • In case of loss of fee receipt, a duplicate receipt will be issued with against a charge of Rs . 10/- each.
  • In case of loss of Fee Card, a duplicate Fee Card will be issued with a charge of Rs. 20/- each.
  • The Fee due for the month to be paid by 10th of a month, failing which a fine of Rs. 50/- will be charged for the month or part thereof.
  • If the Fee is not paid by the end of the month, the student's name will be struck off the rolls of the school without any notice. Re-admission will be granted at the discretion of the School Management and 50% of the admission fee will be levied.
  • A dishonoured cheque will invite a fee of Rs. 100/- in addition to the late fee.
  • A concession of 50% in annual fee shall be given to 2nd and subsequent child of the same parentage. The fee structure approved by the Managing Committee will be effective from April, 2017.

School Bus Fee Rules

  • Bus fee for the month to be paid by 10th day of a month in which it falls to due.
  • No transport fee shall be charged for the vacation inJune 2017.
  • In case of withdrawls of school bus service, advance one month notice will be required before 10th day of a month failing, which due fee for the said month and if the advance notice period is insufficient, fee for the next month will be charged.
  • No request for discontinuity os fchool transport will be entertained after the 10th of October. Failing this due fee for the said month and for the next month will be charged.
