Procedure

Separate criteria exist for the admission of Nursery and K.G classes where the age of a child should be between 3 yrs and 4 yrs. Children are admitted to these classes on production of a birth certificate issued by the  Competent Authority and on the basis of an interview of the child together with his/her parents. The interview with the parents is conducted to appraise them of their involvement with their wards at home to ensure better students.

Competent Authority means Registrar Births & Deaths or the Chief Medical Officer in their respective jurisdiction. A student seeking admission to any class in this school will be eligible for the admission to that class only if he/she:-

  • Has been studying in any recognized school affiliated with the Board of Secondary Education in India.
  • Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying exam. making him eligible for admission to that class.
  • Satisfies the requirement of age limit as determined by the State Govt. of UP. The age of a child should be 5 yrs or more at the time of admission to class I and subsequent for higher classes.

Documents for submission

  • The school leaving certificate/ Transfer certificate signed by the Head of the institution last attended and counter signed by the Distt. Education Officer. However, counter signature of EO will not be necessary in cases the school last attended is situated within Distt. Gautambudh Nagar.
  • Document(s) in support of his/her having passed the equivalent qualifying exam.
  • Qualifies the admission test conducted by this school.

Explanation

  • The school will deliver the syllabi to the Parents for an aptitude test of their ward on demand at the time of registration.
  • No student migrating from a school in a foreign country other than the schools affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi shall be eligible for admission unless an Equivalency Certificate from Association of Indian Universities Kotla Road New Delhi & subsequent eligibility certificate of such a student has been obtained from the Central Board of Secondary Education Delhi. For obtaining eligibility certificate from the Board, parent of the student shall submit an application with detailed documents to the Principal of this School with attached copy of Equivalency Certificate. Admission will only be accepted after obtaining an eligibility certificate from CBSE.
  • No candidate who is under the sentence of rustication or is expelled from any Board or University or appearing in the examination for whatever reason by any Board/ University shall be admitted to any class in this school.
  • No student shall be admitted or promoted to any subsequent higher class in this school unless he/she has completed the regular course of study of the class to which he/she was admitted in the beginning of the academic session qualifying him for promotion to the next higher class.
  • Admission to class XI in the school shall be open to such a student who has:- Passed the Secondary School Certificate exam conducted by a recognized Board of Secondary Education, Indian University recognized by the CBSE as equivalent to its Secondary School education on the basis of percentage in the subjects prescribed by the school for admission in a particular stream.

Admission to class X & XII in the school shall be open to such a student who

  • Has passed class IX or XI (as the case be) from a School affiliated to Central Board of Sec. Education or any other recognized Board in India. Provided further such admission shall only be considered in cases where parents of the students either have migrated from distant places in Noida or have sought service transfer in Noida. No Admission excepting home transfer or service transfer case shall be considered as per policy of the CBSE.
  • Has passed the admission test conducted by the School.

Note

  •  Failures of other schools will not be admitted. Similarly, failures of this school will not be readmitted after one chance in the circumstances whatsoever.
